David Cutner Will Lead “Nuts and Bolts of Medicaid Planning” Presentation
Senior Law Day returns to the Westchester County Center on September 10th – mark your calendars now. The day is filled with free educational seminars. In addition, there will be free, 15-minute consultations with Elder Law attorneys, financial planners, and geriatric care managers. Insurance professionals will also be offering free reviews of long-term care insurance policies.
The Senior Law Day educational program has expanded over the years, and now includes valuable information on many topics related to aging. In addition to presentations on Elder Law topics, there will also be offerings regarding financial literacy, avoiding financial scams, housing options, Medicare, Social Security, geriatric care management, and more.

This program will examine the basics of Medicaid planning, including asset protection, the Medicaid Home Care Program, pooled income trusts, and how to qualify for Medicaid in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
