Lamson & Cutner Announces Fall CE Classes:
Elder Law and Estate Planning CE Courses for Social Workers and others have been scheduled
Lamson & Cutner is an authorized provider of CE credits for Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Certified Case Managers, for their courses on Elder Law and Estate Planning. These courses are extremely useful for professionals who work with seniors and the disabled.
Long-term care can be ruinously expensive. Fortunately, in New York in particular, there are well-established legal strategies that allow people to protect themselves and their assets. These Elder Law strategies are usually integrated into an Estate Plan.
Other crucial documents – called Advance Directives – are also discussed in the courses, as are methods used to protect the financial resources of disabled people.
Learn about these laws and opportunities from the first law firm authorized by the NY State Department of Education to grant CE credits to Social Workers for Elder Law courses. Now our firm is authorized to grant continuing education credit to Licensed Mental Health Practitioners and Certified Case Managers as well. Discover the options that can be invaluable for your clients who have long-term health care or estate planning needs.
